There are lots of people who believe that if you cut down on what you eat, you will lose weight right away. Though this is quite true, you do lose weight because your body is forced to use the fats that you have in store to burn for energy but this is an unhealthy way to do it.
The best thing that you can do to lose weight healthily is to exercise regularly, drink lots of water and – guess what? — eat a balanced meal. You can even put up a wireless internet camera in your fridge or in your room to help monitor every food you take in and your level of activity.
